Does Lighting Inspirations sell directly to the public?

No. We are a wholesale business and sell through lighting retailers, not directly to the public. To find a stockist near you, use our store locator.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

We don't have a showroom, but you can see and buy our range through one of our stockists.

Why do you show prices if I can't order online?

The prices on our site are recommended retail prices (RRP), shown as a guide. Because we sell wholesale only, you buy through one of our stockists, who set their own retail price.

Do your lights come with globes?

No. Our fittings take a standard, replaceable globe that you buy separately, so you can choose the brightness and colour to suit the room and change it later. Our fittings use one of three bases: E27 (large screw), B22 (bayonet) or E14 (small screw). The base and maximum wattage are listed on each product page. Do you sell spare parts?

Yes. We stock spare glass for exterior lights, spare chain, spare crystals for chandeliers and much more. If you can't find what you need on our site, email a description or a photo to orders@lightinginspirations.com.au.

What warranty do your products come with?

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Retailers should email orders@lightinginspirations.com.au with details of the issue, photos where relevant, and the invoice number. For an electrical fixture that has been installed, also include a copy of the electrician's certificate of compliance. Consumers should contact the retailer where they bought the product.

I'm a lighting retailer. How do I set up an account?

Register as a distributor with your full business details: trading name, ABN, business type and trading locations. If you are already a Lighting Inspirations customer, request a login by emailing orders@lightinginspirations.com.au. Our team will assess your application and respond as soon as possible.
